Advanced Materials and ITAR
Some of Star Motor's products will contain advanced materials that may not be available for sale outside the United States. However most of our products will be intellectual property, consultation and engineering services, and novelty motors that are already patented or not patentable.
Corporate Finance
Tell me that you are interested and give me a "ball park" figure of the investment level that feels right for you. I can start selling shares today for as low as $1 per share with a minimum investment of 100 shares at "founder" level. The idea is to have a stock split as the company grows. For now, i only intend to sell a maximum of 400,000 shares, saving at least 90,000 shares for incentives and gifts to employees, friends, family, etc.
Clean Energy
Star Motor Company will be producing the world's most efficient electric motors and assembling them in a solar-powered manufacturing facility. Star Motor Company is dedicated to protecting the environment, limited waste, and developing electric engines as a direct replacement for combustion engines for any and all applications.
Sustainability
Some of our first products will be created from the recycling of used appliances and discarded motor products. Because of our emphasis on environmental stewardship and trust in our friendly, green alliances; Star Motor Company will be purchasing green, renewable, or 100% recycled products whenever possible. Star Motor Company might also be engaged in on-site recycling, collection of wastes, smelting and experimental metallurgy.
Corporate Development
Active investors, sales persons, engineers, artists, marketers or inventors will be recruited to serve as owner operators, consultants, advisors, or mentors for other employees. I'm just an inventor and founder of the company. This will be YOUR company, and the path of it's future development will be rely on your support or continued investment and faith in our marketing strategy (that you will be expected to help create).
